I work with assessment tools, which are methods for evaluating behavior and skills, widely used by HR to analyze the profile, competencies, and potential of candidates or employees. They map strengths, behaviors, and areas for development, supporting hiring and management decisions, since 1996. In 2003 I discovered PASPORT and have worked exclusively with this tool. Initially as a client, then as a sub-partner, and since 2006 as a distributor in Brazil. Of the tools I know, PASPORT is one of the best. My clients love it.
